Dennis Tritinger, CPA, MBA
Dennis Tritinger is the Executive Partner, ENT Provider Platforms at SCALE Healthcare.
Denny is the Founder and CEO of Physician Advisor Associates, LLC and brings over 30 years of physician practice management and surgery center development & management experience to SCALE.
Denny most recently served as the CEO for The Centers for Advanced ENT (CAdENT), a 63 physician “super-group”. With over 30 locations and $60 million in annual net revenues, CAdENT was the second largest Otolaryngology group in the country. In this role, Denny created the company’s vision and mission statements, its strategic goals, development of its governing and committee structure, development of compliance and risk management systems; establishment of the company’s payor contracting strategies, and direct payor and vendor negotiations, and development of the company’s employee code of conduct and its human resources and pension and benefits structures.
Prior to joining CAdENT, Denny was as the Executive Director of The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics (CAO). During Denny’s tenure at CAO it became the largest physician owned provider of musculoskeletal care in the nation; growing to 150 orthopaedic surgeons with annual net revenues of over $150 million, and 1,650 employees in 55 locations.
Prior to CAO, Denny worked for more than 10 years as a consultant to physicians and hospitals, assisting them with the development and management of ambulatory surgery centers. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at the global accounting and consulting firm, Ernst & Young.
Denny received his BA in Accounting from the University of Dayton and earned an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business while working in the central administration of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has provided expert commentary to The Washington Post, The Washington Business Journal, Becker’s Spine Review, National Public Radio and other publications and is a member of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (Large Group Executive Forum), the Medical Group Management Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
