Christie W. Berardi is President of SCALE Healthcare Marketing.
Prior to joining SCALE, Christie served as Chief Marketing & Experience Officer at Buffalo Medical Group, the largest independent, physician-owned, multi-disciplinary physician group in New York. In this position, Christie was responsible for developing strategic marketing growth plans for 25+ medical, surgical, and ancillary departments, lead patient satisfaction and engagement initiatives, as well as contributing to provider recruitment. She also worked closely on private equity and risk-bearing patient communication and education.
Most recently, Christie followed her entrepreneurial spirit and served as Founder & CEO of WITT-CX, a boutique, woman-owned Customer Experience (CX) consultancy, working to develop CX strategies and crisis communication plans for healthcare brands, and beyond.
Christie has been recognized as a “Who’s Who in Healthcare” as well as participated as an expert panelist at Modern Healthcare Strategic Marketing Conference. She has also published several articles in various healthcare trade publications and lifestyle magazines.
Christie holds a Master of Science from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communication, and Bachelor of Science from Medaille University. She has also completed additional training at Columbia University’s School of Business in Customer Experience Design (CX) and is certified in HIPAA-compliance for social media.
