Janice Pryce, MA, MBA
Jan Pyrce is the Executive Partner, Behavioral Health Platforms at SCALE Healthcare.
Jan is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with over three decades of healthcare experience and a primary focus on behavioral health-focused advisory services for hospitals, healthcare systems, national associations, practice groups and investors. Jan has held senior leadership positions at various healthcare organizations over the course of her career, including founding and leading her own company where she worked with over 250 hospitals across the country.
Jan has worked with a continuum of behavioral health provider services including free-standing psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric services within large healthcare system, ambulatory behavioral health services including partial day and intensive outpatient services and outpatient services. She has worked with provider systems that focus on the treatment of eating disorders, addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and co-occurring disorders as well as has experience with emerging behavioral health technology and approaches including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and treatment of panic disorders.
Previously, Jan was Vice President for a Hospital Corporation of America subsidiary, responsible for planning, marketing, physician recruitment, media relations and physician practice development at 53 hospitals located in 19 states with over $500 million in annual revenues.
Jan is on the adjunct faculty of the University of Chicago, School of Social Service Administration, a Board Member of Fenwick High School, a priori elected member of the River Forest Illinois District 90 School Board, and a honorary board member for Thrive Counseling Center. She has been a national speaker on many healthcare topics and has presented at meetings of the American Hospital Association, National Association of Behavioral Health and other professional organizations.
Jan holds an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and an M.A. in Social Work from the University of Chicago.
