Full Bio:
Rick has over 20 years of c-suite experience in a multitude of sectors including private and nonprofit healthcare, and human services organizations. He recently launched TeamGame Advisors, a practice focused on growth and market expansion, organizational development, and community engagement.
Rick is the former Chief Strategy and Growth Officer for Centria Healthcare, a private-equity backed leading national provider of autism therapy, pediatric nursing, and catastrophic injury care serving over 3,000 children across the country. He also launched Centria’s national expansion and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Previously, Rick was the CEO of JARC, an award-winning organization providing residential and support services for people with developmental disabilities.
Through the years Rick has developed vital networks and partnerships with managed care, commercial insurance, community leaders, government entities, and advocacy organizations. He is a former board member of The Autism Alliance of Michigan and a graduate of Babson College.
