Stephen Bertucci is the VP of Marketing & Communications at SCALE Healthcare. He is resourceful marketing professional with experience in Digital Marketing Campaigns, Analytics, Project Management, and Account Management.

Prior to joining SCALE, Stephen most recently served as Senior Marketing Engineer where he developed comprehensive strategies and recommendations for CRM migrations and integrations. Including strategically mapping/implementing and planning of Q1-Q4 migration efforts. While he was there he analyzed competitors and market leaders for clients to assist in community creation. He completed SWOT analysis, and analysis of companies’ digital online presence including social media, SEO, webpages, UX/UI Design, and website/social media copy.  Stephen performed HubSpot audits on behalf of Clients, identifying and implementing recommendations to optimize account performance. As well as performed SEO audits for client companies, identifying areas of improvement and providing best practices according to search engines.

Previously, Stephen has held multiple roles such as Website Manager, Digital Marketing Launch Manager, and SEO Analyst.  Through these positions, he has established internal & external project objectives, timelines, and project requests from clients and maintained ongoing projects, goals, completion status, tasks & ad-hoc requests from various departments.  As well as analyzed key digital marketing, social media and website analytics resulting in over 8,000 monthly impressions. Stephen has also participated in SEO On-Page optimization efforts on client’s websites. In some cases, improved website SEO ranking by up to 40% resulting in creation of snippet on first page of Google.
