Tom joins SCALE with experience in healthcare management and Corporate Development. In his role at
SCALE, Tom advises on engagements across a range of specialties to support clients operational and
growth needs.

Prior to joining SCALE, Tom held Corporate Development roles with private equity backed healthcare
service companies in multiple verticals, where he had end-to-end acquisition responsibilities and
executed strategic initiatives. Tom has extensive knowledge in the dental and physical therapy spaces,
most recently leading the M&A function for a ~200 location Physical Therapy platform. Additionally, Tom
previously worked in the Risk Advisory consulting group at RSM US, a financial advisory and accounting
firm.

Tom holds a BS in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
