Vineesh has extensive industry knowledge having worked as an operator for Private Equity backed healthcare companies, Aveanna Healthcare and Proud Moments over the last 8 years. Vineesh prides himself on delivering the best quality care to his patients and clients.

Vineesh has specialized knowledge in both the Private Duty Nursing and Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy sectors and has led strategic M&A initiatives for both companies he has recently worked for.

In his current role as Vice President, Vineesh is focused on client strategy, performance analytics, growth initiatives, MSO operations, and various pre- and post-close diligence projects. He has led growth and development initiatives on behalf of nearly 20 provider group clients across multiple specialties including: Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Cosmetic Surgery, Pathology, and Vascular Specialties.

Vineesh has an MBA in Strategic Management from Villanova University and a BS degree in Health Science Studies from Quinnipiac University.
