Tilmann is a multidimensional business growth agent with an extensive career scaling novel strategic initiatives spanning business ventures, new business units, and product lines for and with companies such as Pfizer Inc., Coty Inc., Walmart, CVS, and McKinsey and Company.

Enterprising and forward-thinking, he possesses the keen ability to identify the most strategic and successful business growth plans by leveraging advanced expertise in marketing and branding, sales development, and channel management.

Currently, active as investor and Chief Executive Officer of T’zikal Beauty Group, Inc., Tilmann particularly focuses on the entire marketing life cycle. Starting with quantitative and qualitative consumer market research, product and packaging development, all the way to contract manufacturing, pricing, and omni channel distribution. Tilmann has successfully incepted, built and scaled on-line and retail platforms for both DTC and B2B consumers using multi-year strategic account, marketing and promotional plans encompassing sophisticated inbound and outbound marketing strategies.

Tilmann offers global industry experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, and oral care, and OTC industries. He is fluent in English, German, and French. He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Master of Industrial Management from the Duale Hochschule Mannheim.
