The collaboration builds on an existing relationship and now includes the broader deployment of SCALE’s AI-powered technologies, including DenialShield, alongside centralized RCM operations designed to improve financial performance, reduce administrative burden, and enhance scalability across the organization.

Through this partnership, the MSK platform has transitioned from fragmented, market-by-market billing operations to a unified, technology-enabled revenue cycle model. Early results have demonstrated meaningful reductions in denials, days in accounts receivable (A/R), and overall cost-to-collect, while improving visibility into performance and enabling more proactive revenue cycle management.
