Christi Matthews brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and event strategy to SCALE Healthcare. With a focus on building high-value executive engagement, Christi leads SCALE’s marketing and events initiatives, connecting healthcare leaders through thought leadership, strategic content, industry programming, and executive experiences.
At SCALE, Christi oversees the strategy and execution of flagship initiatives including executive roundtables, leadership summits, industry events, digital campaigns, and content programs. Combining brand strategy with hands-on event execution, she works to strengthen SCALE’s market presence, grow its executive community, and create meaningful opportunities for healthcare operators, investors, and industry partners to connect.
