Melissa Kamp brings more than 18 years of healthcare revenue cycle and sales leadership experience to SCALE Healthcare. Combining a strong clinical background with hands-on medical billing experience, she has spent her career helping hospitals, health systems, and payors increase revenue, decrease cost, and mitigate risk. Prior to SCALE, Melissa served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Cognizant — where she earned multiple Person of the Year awards for RCM sales performance — and as AVP of National Accounts at Waystar, following leadership roles at Change Healthcare, American Medical Software, and Medical Office Online.
