Rauf Ali is Vice President of SCALE Healthcare, where he leads SCALE Community, the firm’s executive network for healthcare operators, investors, and industry partners. He oversees membership, programming, and in-person experiences that bring healthcare leaders together through CEO roundtables, the Annual Leadership Summit, Gold Member retreats, and targeted industry forums, including AI roundtables.
Rauf joined SCALE in 2021 in platform development and helped grow SCALE Community from the inside before stepping into the vice president role in 2024. He holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
