By accessing SCALE websites, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the sites. Separate master services agreements, statements of work, and BAAs govern paid services.
You may view and share public pages for legitimate business evaluation of SCALE. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to systems; misuse forms; or use the site to transmit malware or unlawful content.
Site content, branding, product names (including ShieldAI, FrontDeskShield, RevenueShield, and DenialShield), and designs are owned by SCALE or its licensors. No license is granted except the limited right to browse the site.
Marketing content, case studies, and sample metrics are illustrative. They are not legal, clinical, coding, or financial advice and do not guarantee results for your organization.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. SCALE is not responsible for their content or practices.
Sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCALE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use. Customer service liability is defined only in executed contracts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a customer agreement says otherwise. Venue for disputes related solely to website use lies in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
