Kristy Wolter is the VP of RCM Consulting.
Kristy is a seasoned dental professional with 20 years’ experience in the industry. She is well versed in private practice and group (DSO) models, focusing on revenue cycle management for the last 7 years.
Prior to joining SCALE, Kristy lead a team of RCM specialists at DecisionOne Dental Partners (a SmileBrands affiliate), DECA Dental Group, and Great Lakes Dental Partners. She is a versatile and motivated leader recognized for full cycle revenue management skills including insurance verification, charge capture, claims/billing, payment posting, and AR management. She is a strong advocate for increasing efficiencies and reducing labor costs by automating RCM processes such as EFT/ERA enrollments, payment posting, and claims tracing/EOB tracking.
Kristy holds a BS in Community Health and an MS in Physical Education from Eastern Illinois University.
