Tae Kim

Tae Kim is an Associate at SCALE Healthcare.

Tae is a seasoned finance professional with specialty experience in Healthcare across Mergers &
Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets. Before joining SCALE, Tae focused on M&A at Cain Brothers, a
subsidiary of KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he collaborated with healthcare service companies across
various verticals. Constructing intricate financial models and crafting detailed discussion materials, he
was an essential driver and key contact for management teams throughout the entire M&A process.
Prior to his tenure at Cain Brothers, Tae contributed to UBS Investment Bank’s Equity Capital Markets
division, where he facilitated the origination and execution of US Healthcare IPOs.

Tae holds a BA in Economics from the University of California – Santa Barbara.
