SCALE Community is excited to create the SCALE Women’s Executive Network (SWEN)

The purpose of the SWEN is to:
  • Accelerate opportunities for women leaders in health care delivery organizations
  • Provide current women leaders and opportunity to network, share ideas and experience
  • Identify opportunities to mentor and be mentored by executives across the industry.

Women continue to be a small minority in the C-Suite and Board rooms. As our industry evolves, we’d like to see that minority continue to grow and thrive.
