Andrew Mintz
Andrew Mintz is the Executive Partner, Multispecialty Groups at SCALE Healthcare.
Andrew brings over 25 years of progressive leadership experience as a practice management strategy and operations executive and deep knowledge of both payor and provider platforms to SCALE.
Andrew is the former CEO of Women’s Care Florida/Women’s Care Enterprises. He was hired in 2015 to transform Women’s Care Florida (WCF) into an integrated women’s health company. WCF sold to a PE-backed firm in September 2017 forming Women’s Care Enterprises. Andrew led a 500-provider, 2,500 employee company across 4 states, doubling revenue and EBITDA, , most of which occurred during rapid growth in 2018 and 2019.
Previously, Andrew was the CEO of CarePoint Health Medical Group where he reported directly to the physician enterprise board and managed the acquisition of practices and operations for a 450-physician multispecialty practice consisting of hospital- and community-based physicians, adding over 150 physicians to the practice in two years through the acquisition and integration of small practices.
Prior to that, Andrew held the roles of President at DBCS Consulting, Executive Director at Summit Medical Group PA, and CEO at University Physician Network (UPN)/University MSO. He also held roles at Cigna HealthCare of California, Aetna Health Plans, and HEALS Health Plan.
Andrew graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Michigan.
